Sanctioned Rides
KBC's insurance, which automatically covers all KBC members, will pay up to $5,000.00 in medical expenses that are not covered by some other insurance due to an accident IF, and this is a big IF, you are on a "sanctioned club ride" when the accident occurs.
Sanctioned KBC rides must either be a part of the regularly scheduled club ride calendar publicized through the club's communication systems, or led by a recognized KBC member and ride leader.
